Brian’s life is one that has always been marked by family, community and service. He started serving his community when he was young, both as a Boy Scout and active Church member in Griffith. Through those opportunities, Brian got to see firsthand what it means to love and serve the community that you live in. Brian has honored to have the opportunity to serve his community as a Portage City Councilman for the last 4 years.

Brian has proudly worked for the Ford Motor Company for over 12 years at their Chicago Assembly plant, building the Ford Explorer and the Lincoln Aviator. Brian is also proud to be the member of a union that has a long history of giving back to the community.

Brian has been a Portage resident ever since he married his wife Tiffany in 2006. Brian and his wife decided from the very beginning that Portage is where they wanted to live and raise their family. They are now the proud parents to 4 beautiful children; Madalyn (12), Emma (11), Jack (6) and Luke (5).
